# Stamps and albums

Michail has in three albums stored 170 stamps. In the first album, there are 14 more than in the second and in the second is by 1/5 less than in the third. How many stamps are in the first album?

Result

x =  62

#### Solution:

170 = x+y+z
x = 14+y
y = z- z/5

x+y+z = 170
x-y = 14
5y-4z = 0

x = 62
y = 48
z = 60
