The answer rounds down to 2.5%, but it is actually 2.5253. That's because Peter gets 5 chances at the ticket, but with a reducing denominator. 1/200 + 1/199 + 1/198 + 1/197 + 1/196. This makes a big difference if there were only 10 tickets sold. With the math published, the result would be 50%. But it's far higher of a chance. It is actually: 64.5%
