What is Density?

Density is a measure of how much mass is packed into a given volume. It tells us how "compact" or "heavy" a material is for its size.

Key Formula:

Density (ρ) = Mass (m)/Volume (V)

- Units:
- SI unit: kilograms per cubic meter (kg/m³)
- Common unit: grams per cubic centimeter (g/cm³)
- Conversion: 1 g/cm³ = 1000 kg/m³
