Subtraction practice problems - page 7 of 77
Subtraction is a mathematical (arithmetic) operation or numerical performance. It is marked with a minus sign (hyphen), the opposite of the addition operation. For example, 5 minus 3 is 2 (5-3=2). The number 5 is called the minor, the number 3 is the denominator, and the subtraction result (number 2) is the difference. We get a negative number if we subtract the larger number from the smaller one. We can also subtract more numbers, thus subtracting them sequentially from left to right. The subtraction operation has a lower priority than multiplication, division, and exponentiation.Number of problems found: 1532
