$2 \cdot 1 + 0 \cdot 10 + 7 \cdot 10000 + 4 \cdot 1000 + 6 \cdot 100 + 0 \cdot 100000 = \ \\ = 2 + 0 + 70000 + 4000 + 600 + 0 = 74602$
