A clothing company manufactures three kinds of coats. The weekly production is 400 of the first type, 370 of the second, and 230 of the third type. By long-term observation it was found that among the quality coats there are 2/3 of the first type, 7/9 of the second type, and 4/5 of the third type.

What is the probability that:
a) a coat will be defective if we randomly select one in inspection;
b) with what probability may a randomly selected defective coat belong to the second type of coats.
