Simplify

Simplify expression - which expression is equivalent to:

3(m + 2) − 4(2m − 9)

Result

x = (Correct answer is: 42-5m) Wrong answer

Solution:

x=3(m+2)4(2m9) x=3m+68m+36 x=425mx = 3(m + 2) − 4(2m − 9) \ \\ x = 3m + 6 − 8m + 36 \ \\ x = 42-5m
