# Ratio - rectangle

The rectangle has dimensions 6 cm and 9 cm. How many times increases area and its perimeter, when its dimensions increase in the ratio 5:3?

Result

k(S) =  2.78
k(o) =  1.67

#### Solution:

$k(S)=(5/3)^{ 2 }=2.78$
$k(o)=5/3=1.67$
