Complete the following length data

Result

6m 2dm =  6.2 m
8cm 3mm =  8.3 cm
5km 86m =  5.086 km

#### Solution:

$6m 2dm=6+2/10=\dfrac{ 31 }{ 5 }=6.2 \ \text{m}$
$8cm 3mm=8+3/10=\dfrac{ 83 }{ 10 }=8.3 \ \text{cm}$
$5km 86m=5+86/1000=\dfrac{ 2543 }{ 500 }=5.086 \ \text{km}$
