Step-by-step explanation:

o=19 m  a=3b1 o=a+b 19=a+b  a=3 b1  a3b=1 a+b=19  Row2Row1Row2 4b=20  b=420=5 a=1+3b=1+3 5=14  a=14 b=5  a=14 m A=1
r=b/a=5/14=1450.3571  B=0
Δ=ab=145=9 m  Δ  = 9 m C=1
