Four 12

Four classmates (Ivan, Matej, Fero, Ľuboš), who go to school by the same tram connection, agreed that they would meet in the morning at the stop in front of the school. As they promised, so it happened. The first classmate arrived at the stop in front of the school by a tram with arrival at 7:00, and the last one at 7:45. How many combinations of their arrivals at the stop are there, if we know that between 7:00 and 7:45 another 6 suitable trams arrived, and in one tram at most two classmates rode together? (The possibility that Ivan arrived in the first tram, in the second Matej, in the third Fero, and in the last Ľuboš is different from the possibility that by the first Ľuboš arrived, by the second Fero, by the third Matej, and by the fourth Ivan.)
