# Diagonals of the rhombus

Calculate height of rhombus whose diagonals are 12 cm and 19 cm.

Result

h =  10.1 cm

#### Solution:

$h = \dfrac{ d _1 d _2}{ \sqrt{ d _1^2+ d _2^2 }} = \dfrac{ 12 \cdot 19}{ \sqrt{ 12^2+ 19^2 }} = 10.1 \ \text{cm}$
