Richard takes 3 1/6 liters of water before noon and 2 3/5 liters of water after noon. How many litres of water does Richard consume a day ?

$x=(3+1/6) + (2+3/5)=\dfrac{ 173 }{ 30 } \doteq 5.7667 \doteq 5.767 \ \text{l}$
