If Dano paint three hours daily given work he complete in 7.5 days. How many hours a day would have to work to finish the job 1.5 days earlier?

Correct result:

x =  3.75 h

Solution:


3•7.5 = x•(7.5-1.5)

6x = 22.5

x = 154 = 3.75
